| • Responsible for Pre-sales support cycle. • Responsible for installation and deployment. • Responsible for solution and architecture design. • Responsible for troubleshooting and support in vendor level. • Support for channel partner and customer training. • Support for document refer to TOR, training material, project document. • Coordinate with Product Manager and channel partner to provide channels development. • Must be able to work hard. |

| Qualification: | ||||||||||||||
| • Less than 3 years' experience in computer networking or computer systems as engineer. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science of related field. • Must be excellent both in oral and written English. • Good knowledge and experience in computer networking technologies. • Good knowledge and experience in Firewall, Linux system would be advantage. • Holding CCNA, CCNP certifications would be advantage. • Be able to work under pressure, manage tight schedule. • Be good at self-study and self-management. • Able to start work immediately. |
