Sangfor HCI Included in the Gartner 2020 Market Guide for Integrated Systems Report

Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory company, recently released its 2020 Market Guide for Integrated Systems report.*. Sangfor Technologies, a leading global vendor of cybersecurity, cloud computing and infrastructure optimisation solutions has been listed in the Gartner 2020 Market Guide for Integrated Systems!

Sangfor HCI provides several important functions to small, mid-sized and large enterprises looking for integrated data protection, networking and security. In addition, Sangfor HCI can integrate with other vendor solutions and provide data centre modernization, enterprise applications, cloud transformation, VDI, and backup and disaster recovery.

Gartner’s Key Findings

  • 1. A stable group of vendors dominates the $10 billion integrated systems (IS) market, although emerging Chinese vendors are beginning to take market share from U.S.-based vendors.
  • 2. IS have been widely adopted in the market, with continued growth despite a slowdown in 2020 due to COVID-19.
The distinctions between IS market segments are becoming less pronounced, as IS vendors offer solutions that combine the capabilities of various types of systems.
  • 3. Disaggregated hyperconverged infrastructure (dHCI) systems are revitalizing the integrated infrastructure system (IIS) market segment and are slowing the rate of declining revenue in the integrated infrastructure system market segment.
  • 4. A growing number of I&O leaders believe that a hyper-converged integrated system (HCIS) is the on-premises cloud solution. However, other IS market segments continue to provide value in managing digital infrastructure.
