End-of-Sale Announcement for Sangfor aTrust Product Line

Sangfor Technologies hereby announces the End-of-Sale (EoS) of the Sangfor aTrust product line, including aTrust Proxy, aTrust Manager, and aTrust Integrated Gateway software products.

The official End-of-Sale / End-of-Order date is January 30, 2026.

Following this End-of-Sale, Sangfor recommends that customers transition to the Sangfor Athena Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution. Sangfor Athena SASE enables customers to flexibly select and purchase licenses based on their business requirements and supports Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and Zero Trust Data Protection (ZTDP) capabilities. This unified SASE architecture delivers improved scalability, enhanced operational efficiency, and stronger support for cloud adoption and workforce mobility.

1. End-of-Order

With the release of this announcement, Sangfor formally notifies partners and customers that the sale of the aTrust product line will be discontinued effective January 30, 2026.

Notes:

2. The sale of aTrust hardware products in the Hong Kong and Macau markets will continue as usual.

2. Support Lifecycle

In accordance with the Sangfor Product Lifecycle Policy, Sangfor will continue to provide support for a minimum of 60 months (5 years) following the End-of-Order / End-of-Sale date.

3. Recommended SASE Migration Model

Sangfor recommends migrating to its Athena Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution. For eligible customers transitioning from aTrust, Sangfor will offer the same commercial discount levels previously applied to aTrust products.
