Sangfor Technologies is pleased to announce that it has obtained the Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) Monitoring Licence from the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) under the Singapore Cybersecurity Act 2018.
This license authorizes Sangfor to provide regulated managed SOC monitoring in Singapore and demonstrates the company’s adherence to CSA licensing conditions, including fit-and-proper checks and ongoing oversight. This reflects its capability to manage sensitive security telemetry responsibly through strong data-handling controls and accountability for governance and compliance.
The Managed SOC Monitoring Licence specifically covers Sangfor Athena MDR, our flagship Managed Detection & Response service. Athena MDR combines 24/7 continuous monitoring, AI-assisted detection, curated threat intelligence, and a dedicated incident response team to rapidly identify, triage, and contain threats while helping clients meet regulatory and compliance obligations. The service is operated from Sangfor’s Global SOC, which is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
“Obtaining the CSA license demonstrates that Sangfor meets Singapore’s government cybersecurity standards and confirms our ability to deliver secure, compliant, and accountable cybersecurity services to organizations in Singapore,” said Raymond Tan, Country Manager of Sangfor Singapore
