Sangfor Technologies, a leading provider of cybersecurity and cloud computing solutions, has announced strategic partnerships with DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia (DRBHU) and Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) to advance cybersecurity education and meet the increasing demand for skilled professionals in Malaysia and beyond.
The partnership with DRBHU was formalized on June 5 during a ceremony at its Pekan Pahang campus. Prof. Dato’ Sr. Dr. Haji Omar Haji Osman, Vice Chancellor of DRB-HICOM University, and Mr. Muyang Lyu, Business Director of Industry and Education Integration at Sangfor Technologies, signed the agreement.
A day later, on June 6, Sangfor further expanded its educational collaborations by signing an agreement with Infrastructure University at the Corporate Office of Protasco Bhd, owner of IUKL. The signatories were Mr. Lenny Chong Ther Zern, Executive Director of IUKL and Mr. Muyang Lyu.
The events were also attended by Ms. Iris Xu, Business Director of Government and Enterprise Cooperation at Sangfor Technologies; executives from Sangfor Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd including Mr. Jeffrey Zhang, General Manager; Mr. Kane Liu, Deputy General Manager; and Mr. Chenhau Yang, Sales Director, along with senior leaders of respective universities.
